This Disclaimer applies to information, assessments, reference data, tokenisation materials and other content made available by Trusty Digital Ltd through trusty.digital and related Services. It supplements our Terms & Conditions.
1. General information only
Unless a separate written engagement expressly states otherwise, material on the Site is provided for general information and product-use purposes. It is not legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, financial or investment advice and should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a suitably qualified professional who understands your circumstances and jurisdiction.
2. No offer or recommendation
Nothing on the Site is, by itself, an offer, invitation, recommendation or solicitation to acquire, sell or hold a security, token, investment or financial product. References to assets, projects, token structures or market information do not mean that a transaction is suitable, lawful or available to a particular person or in a particular jurisdiction.
3. Assessments
Fit is a self-service screening tool based on information you provide. Readiness and Maturity use structured, deterministic scoring and professional review based on information you provide. At present, those assessments do not include Trusty Digital receiving, reviewing or verifying supporting documents. Assessment outputs are professional opinions against Trusty Digital's methodology; they are not certifications, credit ratings, legal opinions, regulatory approvals or permissions to issue a token.
An assessment may identify gaps, assumptions or matters requiring specialist review. A favourable result does not guarantee that tokenisation, issuance, fundraising, distribution or any other transaction will proceed or succeed.
4. Tokenisation and regulatory status
The legal and regulatory treatment of a tokenised structure depends on its facts, rights, jurisdiction, participants and distribution model. Similar technical structures can receive different legal treatment. Users and issuers are responsible for obtaining appropriate legal, tax, regulatory and accounting advice before acting.
5. Reference prices and market data
Prices, market-cap figures, supply information, holder counts and other reference metrics shown in the Services are informational. They may be delayed, incomplete, calculated from third-party or ledger data, or unavailable. They are not execution prices, valuations, investment recommendations or guarantees of liquidity.
6. Blockchain and wallet risks
Public blockchain transactions can be irreversible. Network congestion, protocol changes, smart-contract defects, third-party wallet software, lost credentials and other technical events can result in delay or loss. Trusty Digital cannot reverse a transaction confirmed by a public blockchain or guarantee the future operation or value of a network or digital asset.
7. Third-party content and services
The Site may refer or link to third-party projects, providers, explorers, wallets, websites or data sources. A link or integration does not amount to an endorsement or guarantee. Third parties control their own content, terms, security, availability and processing practices.
8. Forward-looking statements
Statements about product roadmaps, expected functionality, market development or future outcomes reflect expectations when published and may change. They are not guarantees or commitments unless included in a binding written agreement.
9. No guarantee of outcome
Tokenisation and digital-asset projects involve commercial, technical, operational, legal and market risk. Trusty Digital does not guarantee fundraising, liquidity, investor demand, regulatory classification, financial return or any particular commercial outcome.
10. Contact
If you have a question about how a statement on the Site should be understood, contact [email protected] before relying on it.
