OUR FUNDING STAGES
Free Registration
It is free to register on the platform. When you are ready to submit a project proposal, there is a non-refundable $100 fee.
Project Details
After registration, the owner provides information about the project: a description and goals of the project, conducted market research in the scope of the project, MVP or a detailed structured plan for the first year.
Project Verification
The PEP platform's Advisory Committee reviews the project and either approves or rejects the project.
Project Placement on the Platform
Approved projects are posted on the platform and made available to the Private Equity Protocol community as investment opportunities
Running Campaign
Once the project is published, a campaign to attract funds will start with the aim of obtaining funds within a maximum of 90 days. Successful campaigns go to stage 6.
Receive Funding
Successfully funded campaigns receive their funding using atomic payments (everyone or no one receives funding).
